Hello all,
In an attempt to give you more University of Wyoming sports coverage — and to have some fun along the way — the kind folks here at the Wyoming Tribune Eagle have encouraged and allowed me to start a blog for UW sports. Granted, I have done some blogging on the Cowboys and Cowgirls in the past, but nothing as specific as this.
The plan is to give you, the fans and readers, more information about UW sports and even get you more involved in the entire process.
For instance, media day for UW football is Saturday in Laramie. It’s an opportunity to ask coaches and players a wide range of questions. So as a fan, give me some questions to ask any player or coach and I will do my best to serve you. Of course, I will try and report back those answers on this blog.
I think we all are curious about who will be the quarterback for the Cowboys this season. The guy who starts the season Sept. 5 against Weber State may not be the guy who finishes the season. But as stated in my analysis piece in today’s paper, there are a lot of other questions and concerns about this team that need to be ironed out — or at very least addressed — during fall camp.
