   Why is the offense so slow to get to the ball on every play.. I thought Dave said we were going to run a play every 15 seconds to wear the D out…. Have not seen that all year… please ask Dave at the coachs press conf…

     Dave said he wanted to slow, or speed up the clock by running the ball and taking the air out of it. It worked a little bit but not nearly well enough.
     He didn’t want to get in a track meet with TCU and was afraid if his offense got off the field too fast it would hurt the defense. I think he was too leery of TCU’s speed and depth.
     That was what I got from him after the game.
