Muojeke to play against UNC

Wyoming sophomore forward Afam Muojeke is expected to play when the Cowboys play Northern Colorado at 3:30 p.m. Saturday at the Wyoming Shootout in Casper.

Muojeke injured his left knee Nov. 25 at Denver and has missed three of the Cowboys’ last four games.

“Afam is better, he’s been practicing and he will go on Saturday,” UW coach Heath Schroyer said during a conference call Thursday.

Schroyer isn’t sure yet if Muojeke will start. Muojeke is the Cowboys’ leading scorer at 17 points per game.

    whats the story on Manzano? will M’Baye ever get to play?

      Although no one will say anything on the record, my sources are saying Manzano wasn’t happy with his playing time and role.

      As far as M’Baye, UW is still in a “hurry up and wait mode.” The good news is the time he has sat out will go toward what he needed due to these NCAA rules. UW has hired a lawyer to look into it as well.
