None of the college football players who had eligibility left but declared themselves for April’s NFL Draft were from Wyoming or the Mountain West Conference.
The only serious candidate was BYU running back Harvey Unga, but he decided to return for his senior season.
UW plays at Texas and TCU, and hosts Boise State. All three should be in the preseason top 10 and likely in the top 10 when the Cowboys play them. All had some young superstars, but Texas had only one guy declare, defensive back Earl Thomas.
