I agree Sylla needs a lot of work. He had foot problems before he came to UW and according to coach  Schroyer he still has some of those issues.
Even with that, he certainly isn&#039;t as polished as the coaches made him out to be during the preseason. I don&#039;t think Schroyer got sold a &quot;bill of goods&quot; I just think he&#039;s not that good -- at least right now.
If he was, he wouldn&#039;t have transferred from and SEC school.
I&#039;m not ready to give up on Sylla and the coaches are not either. But I think we may have to wait a while to see if signing him was worth it.

Is it just me but it appears that Sylla needs a lot of work.  He doesn&#039;t run the floor well for the defense Coach wants to play, is rearly in position for a rebound or a block and just appears to be a step slow.

I am sure a he is good person but was coach Schroyer sold &quot;a bill of goods&quot;?   Did anyone work this kid out before offering him a scholarship?
