Air Force is the first Mountain West Conference school to start spring football drills.
Here is a story from good friend and colleague Jake Schaller of the Colorado Springs Gazette on one of the more glaring concerns with the Falcons heading into the season.

The season can’t get here fast enough for me. Which weekends do we play Boise State and Texas? Do we have any idea of the season schedule yet?
The non-conference schedule goes like this:
Sept. 4 vs. Southern Utah (night game in Laramie)
Sept. 11 at Texas
Sept. 18 vs. Boise State
Oct. 2 at Toledo
No times have been officially announced and the conference has not released its schedule yet. That should come in the next month or so as it gets TV games and all that figured out.
