The only drawbacks I have heard is that he just hasn't played a ton since high school. He went to work to help support his mom and family out of high school, then once in junior college he was in a car accident that kept him out of action. Nothing debilitating, but it sounded like doctors were afraid of internal injuries so they were careful with him. He knows the American game unlike some of UW's current foreign players, but I just think he needs to play more. Plus, I don't think offense is his strength at this point. But in terms of UW's rebounding woes, that's where he is badly needed -- in my mind.

Thanks for the interest and the comments!

Robert: I saw that Gibson's JC Coach labeled him a "project". Have you heard what are the drawbacks of this young man? What are his drawbacks?
