UW-Nebraska key to the game

My biggest key for Wyoming to have success (and possibly pull off the upset) against No. 9 Nebraska Saturday:

Martinez watch: Wyoming won’t stop Nebraska sophomore quarterback Taylor Martinez completely, but it can’t allow him to go crazy. Especially running the football as he’s the team leader in rushing yards (384) and rushing touchdowns (six). The Cowboys also need to be wary of the play-action pass as the Cornhuskers have shown they have big-play capabilities through the air.

Thoughts, or any other keys to the game?

I have four more, but you need to read Saturday’s Wyoming Tribune Eagle and Laramie Boomerang to find out what they are.

  1. Wyoming’s best bet is for the whole team to come down with some unexplained intestinal illness at halftime, and throw in the towel. By then Nebraska will be ahead by 30 or more. Why let it become a total humiliation?
